RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can send the item back and request a refund within 30 days of receiving it. The return and refund will be accepted only if the item is returned exactly as it was received.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To proceed with the return, you must first send an informative email thejaipurlabel@hotmail.com, indicating the order number, name, surname and email address indicated in the order, as well as the items you wish to return. Once we have received the email, we will provide the data for the return method which will be paid by the buyer. As mentioned above, the product to be returned must be shipped no later than 30 days from its receipt.
